The DeskPro series is an ongoing project developing 32-bit Windows shells. It has provided the basis for many of Silver Forge's applications and related utilities. At present there are three products in the DeskPro series; two released and one which is close to completion. Developed with maximum efficiency in mind, DeskPro shells offer intuitive interfaces and decreased memory usage.

DeskPro Studio was fully released, bundled with a host of Silver Forge applications in early 2000, and has since become our most popular download. Over time, we have continued to add features, culminating in a recently-released service pack.

The next version, DeskPro 2000 boasts more features and a new menu-based control system. Created during the latter stages of DeskPro Studio's development cycle, it was originally intended as its replacement, however, both shells now coexist, providing two different but equally popular approaches to interacting with your computer.

Our flagship product, Equinox Shell is now undergoing the final stages of development, and represents our third-generation Win32 shell replacement, seamlessly bringing together many Silver Forge applications and technologies in a cohesive user experience.
